Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at windvera.
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


2. Non-returnable items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Personal care items (such as opened hair dryers or grooming tools).

  • Gift cards or downloadable products.

  • Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable.


3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


4. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.

  2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email atsupports@windvera.top and we will provide the return instructions.


6. Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact us at supports@windvera.top for the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
